How long does delivery take?

Door-door delivery usually takes 3 working days or less however can take longer due to logistics or stock issues.

How do I secure my pre-order online?
A

In order to secure your pre-order online, whether it be for delivery or local pickup, you would need to make the full payment online via one of our online payment methods such as via EFT or using your credit/debit card.

Are online prices the same as in store prices?
A

No. Online prices and in store prices may vary and online prices cannot be awarded in store unless a pay in store order has been made online.

Where are your stores located?

We have stores in many of the major shopping centres within South Africa. You can find a full list of our stores and their respective contact details by clicking on “find a store” in the top left corner of any page on our website.

How do i track my order?
A

You may track your order by clicking “track your order” in the top left corner of any page and typing in your tracking number that you received via email.

Do you sell PSVR games?
A

Yes we do, you can find them under the PS4 category, they will contain (PSVR) after the game title.
